In 2000, we witnessed a return to violence in the Mideast after coming tantalizingly close to a comprehensive peace agreement between Israel and Palestine.

In the spirit of our treasured American ideals: the rights of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and self-determination, it is our responsibility as Americans to do all we can to allow the hopes and dreams of millions of silent moderates on both sides to prevail.

We must resolve to never forsake our commitment to build a sustainable peace. Our goal is to create an environment that respects the sanctity of life and insures justice and freedom for all human beings in the Mideast. Read about the freedom chair also...
